The Front Street Café is a local year 'round source of delectable baked
goods from it's own bakery. Colossal Cinnamon Buns are a favorite (biggest
and best on the island along with our mouth watering Marion Berry
Scones!). For the hungry ones, select one of our many "Steam
Scrambled Eggs" from our breakfast menu. Islanders and return
visitors from all over the world come into the cafe for their favorite
steamed egg variation. Our eggs are steam cooked on our espresso machine,
using neither butter nor oils, for a delicious and perfect scramble.

Lunch includes thick 1/4 LB. NY Deli Style Sandwiches
(half sandwiches available for the little ones), homemade soups (locals
call in advance daily all year round to see what soups is cooking from our
kitchens), with many soups and dishes with a flavorful "Hungarian
flair".
Enjoy our mouth watering 1/4 LB Jumbo Crab Cakes, (also served with our
breakfast scrambles), as well as a satisfying lunch entree or during the
summer months as a "affordable seafood" dinner with a crisp
salad, fresh fruit or a cup of homemade soup. Our Classic Clam Chowder is
rated as one of the best tasted on San Juan Island, even from New
Englanders!
